1. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued if:
– The service fails to start within the expected time.
– The order cannot be delivered.
– A billing error occurs.

2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
– The order has already been completed.
– Incorrect information was provided by the user.
– The service was delivered as described.

3. Refund Request Time
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of order placement.

4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
